Patient Goals

This 49-year-old patient wanted to restore a small amount of fullness while preserving the natural shape and movement of her breasts. Her goal was to look refreshed and balanced—never overdone—while maintaining proportions that complemented her active lifestyle.

Surgical Plan

After discussing her goals together, we selected the Motiva Preservé technique with a carefully chosen 315 cc Motiva SmoothSilk implant. This approach was designed to create soft volume while respecting her native anatomy and preserving a natural appearance.
