Patient Goals
This 32-year-old patient wanted to restore a small amount of fullness while preserving the natural shape and movement of her breasts. Her goal was to look refreshed and balanced—never overdone—while maintaining proportions that complemented her active lifestyle.
Surgical Plan
After discussing her goals together, we selected the Motiva Preservé technique with a carefully chosen 185 cc Motiva SmoothSilk implant. This approach was designed to create soft volume while respecting her native anatomy and preserving a natural appearance.
Outcome
At this stage of healing, her breasts demonstrate beautiful symmetry, soft upper-pole fullness, and balanced proportions. As swelling continues to resolve over the coming months, the result will continue to soften and mature naturally.
