Three months after surgery, this 41-year-old, 140-lb patient is shown after a circumareolar breast reduction with liposuction to the sides of the chest and underarm area. This technique keeps the scar limited to the edge of the areola, while liposuction removed 150cc of fat to smooth the surrounding contour.
